The overall objective of the European Lightweighting Network meetings is to develop a common view on the European lightweight potential and the framework requirements serving best the Green Deal Goals. Thus, we need a broad representation of experts from industry, research and government willing to develop ideas for co-operations and activities on project, network and intergovernmental level making the lightweighting potential better tangible for stakeholders, the overall economy, and the wider public including each of us.
The first day addresses at the lightweighting potential from different angles through key notes, with following panel- and open discussions.
The first day (23.rd 12:00-17:00 CET) is hybride and can be visited all around Europe as an online event:

The second day focuses on ideas of activities to promote lightweighting and strengthen co-operation between the different stakeholders including the support of transnational R&D-cooperations by public administration in different EU-member states. The aim of the day is to define the most promising activities and activity leaders responsible to bring these activities forward until the next European Lightweighting Network meeting.
Open Results of the second day will be issued also to attendees of the first day
